Who are we?
The Butler Winery is a family owned business located in beautiful Bloomington, Indiana.
We are a full-scale winery as well as a brewing and winemaking supply shop. Feel free to have a look around our webstore.
Our shipping charges
The charge for shipping will depend on the weight of the items in your order. We have a minimum shipping charge of $5.50.
Currently we offer shipment via UPS only, therefore a street address is required - no P.O. boxes. We will ship anywhere within the United States.
How long will it be until I receive my order?
We check the orders everyday & process them in the order they are received. Regardless, if the store is not too busy, we often get orders shipped out the
day they are received (when the order is placed by 12:00 noon Indiana time).
Being that we operate a brick and mortar store, some days are busier than others with brewers, winemakers and wine tasters so sometimes orders will
not be shipped out until the next day.
Obviously, shipping time will vary depending on your distance from Bloomington.
As for a basic guesstimate when shipping via UPS Ground: California is 4 to 5 days, Georgia is 2 to 3 days & Indiana is 1 day (for example, if we ship tuesday you will have it wednesday).

Just in case there is breakage or something missing...
We do our best to get all your items to you in great condition. If there has been breakage or there is an item missing, please let us know
and we will try to make it right.
If an item is out of stock...
If an item you've ordered is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know about it. At that point, the options are:
You may cancel you're order.
We can process your order without the missing item.
We can hold your order for shipping until we get the item back in stock.
We can ship your order without it & send the item
to you when we get it (unfortunately, you will be responsible for paying the extra shipping cost in this case).

If there is something brewing related you are looking for and you are having trouble finding it,
please email us or give us a call. If it is available from one of our suppliers, we will order it for you.
